How Custom Creations Work
1. Tell me your idea
Fill out the commission form with what you have in mind —
feel free to upload an inspiration photo, or reference a piece you've seen in my gallery!
2. We nail the details
I'll reply with ideas, and a price quote. We agree on timeline and price, and fine-tune until it's something we are both excited about!
3. I get stitching
Once approved, I start making your piece with tons of love. I always give a picture of the finished piece for your approval!
4. Delivered with love
Once you've seen the final product and fallen in love, you pay. Then your finished creation is carefully packaged and sent your way, and a tracking link is sent to you. If you are local- we can arrange a meet up!
Timing
Custom pieces take time to do right. Reach out early — ESPECIALLY for holidays. I'll always give you an honest timeline up front. It's important to me to make sure that I am always stitching pieces with love, so if a deadline is extremely tight, I reserve the right to decline. Thank you for understanding and helping me to maintain my love for my crafts. <3
Communication
For all pieces, I provide a picture or pictures of the finished work before payment/shipping, to ensure you love it before it makes its way to you!
For faux leather earrings with colored backings- I will always send you pictures to make sure we are on the same page about the colors of the backings before I assemble to make sure your earrings have the style and color scheme that you're going for.
Pricing and Payment
Every commission is unique, so pricing depends on materials, size, and detail. You'll get a clear quote before any work begins. Unless a piece is very very large, I do not require a deposit or payment up front. I want to work on your piece without feeling rushed or stressed. I know it's not conventional, but for me this is what works best. I am lucky to have wonderful honest customers, so I have never had any issues.
If you are run into any unexpected financial difficulties, please just message me and we can always discuss holding your item, or a payment plan. Items don't ship until payment is made in full, but I do not mind doing payments if it makes your life easier!
Customers who do not communicate,ghost, or do not end up paying for finished pieces may be placed on a black list where they are unable to order.
